Procedure

Mix Dow Corning 9011 and Dow Corning 345 with Z-Cote using ultra-turrax until homogeneous. Mix rest of phase A and add Z-Cote HP-1 premix. Mix ingredients of phase B together and slowly add to phase A with moderate stirring. Mix for five minutes. Prepare a premix of phase C by mixing the ingredients in a coffee grinder until a flowing powder mix is obtained. Spread the powder mix into the formulation while stirring and increase stirring speed to 1,300 rpm. Homogenize using ultra-turrax at 15,000 rpm for at least one minute.
